     When it comes to paying rent, some of you may be experiencing some difficulty. San Fernando understands and we are here to help. We know of places that offer rent assistance. Set up payment arrangements with the office. Don't just skip out and ruin your credit. Give us a call if we can't help you we wil try to find someone who can.

     If you do, then refer a freind. It pays... This month we pay you and your friend. $150.00 for each of you.

     KIDS CORNER

     HEY KIDS, did you know we give out treats every Friday at the Front Office? Make sure you are walking on the sidewalk to get to your home. Stay out of the streets, watch out for traffic, and help keep your playground clean. Keep your grades up and bring us your perfect papers.
